What is independently verified RTP?
We observe the publicly displayed live bet feed on Duel.com and calculate aggregate Return to Player percentages from real betting outcomes. This provides an independent check on the theoretical RTP published by game providers.
How accurate is the observed RTP?
Every figure carries a ± range next to it — that is the 95% confidence interval, and it is usually wider than people expect. A game showing 104% ± 67 is telling you the honest answer is somewhere between 37% and 172%, which is another way of saying we do not know yet. Casino payouts are heavily skewed: most spins return nothing and a rare one returns hundreds of times the stake, so the average moves for a long time before it settles. Read our methodology.
Some games show over 100%. Does that mean they pay out more than they take?
No. What you are seeing is variance in our observed sample, not a property of the game. We record a subset of the bets placed, and over that subset a handful of large wins can push the average above 100% — the same way a few lucky sessions can put any player ahead for a while. No casino game returns more than it takes over its full lifetime; if one did, it would not be on the site. Treat everything on this page as a measurement of what we happened to observe, never as an edge you can act on.
